Two-way voice communication for residential customers and GPS tracking systems through your business or residential alarm system are just two examples of some of the cutting edge technology we typically use. We can track anything from inventory to lost children. We provide a latchkey service if your child doesn't arrive home after school. We even provide versatile remote view video systems that can be monitored by either you or us.
In the event your fire, burglary or panic alarm goes off, we dispatch the authorities directly to your location. Calls to the premise and emergency call list persons are notified within the first minute a signal is received. Fire, holdup and panic alarms are dispatched immediately with no cancellation. Highly trained operators process the calls. We have partnered with Alarm Systems of Seattle, Washington to provide our U.L. central station monitoring. No other local or national central stations compare. We use DICE central station software. This is a windows based system, without which, we could not provide a GPS system integration. Most other central stations utilize 20-year-old operating systems that are limited.
Our central station is U.L. compliant with electrical diesel generator backup and redundant receiving computer equipment. This insures no data or signal loss due to power outages. We can run for days without the local power company, if need be.
